In the heart of Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, Forsite Creative has left an indelible mark with its interior design for Nozomi, a Saudi restaurant brand that fuses contemporary Japanese cuisine with an upscale ambiance. This project has been shortlisted for the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards, highlighting the quality and originality of its execution.
The Magic of Kriskadecor
One of the most outstanding features of this design is the incorporation of Kriskadecor installations, which bring a unique texture and visual dynamism to the spaces. Through its metallic links, Kriskadecor transforms the environment, creating an enveloping atmosphere. The pieces, suspended from the ceiling by means of cylindrical supports, are strategically arranged, forming what looks like a series of floating columns.
Game of Light and Shadow
The interaction between the link columns and the lighting also installed in the ceiling is a fundamental detail. The lights enhance the effect of the columns, casting shadows that subtly shift throughout the day. This play of light and shadow creates a changing ambiance that adapts to every moment, adding a layer of sophistication to the design.
