Project with aluminum chains with an image reproduction of Japanese rice fields.
The Kisu (Kiss in Japanese) restaurant, located in Tel Aviv, has been transformed into a unique gastronomic haven, where Japanese culture and modern design meet in perfect harmony. Studio Yaron Tal, an interior design firm specializing in revitalizing spaces with a focus on cultural expression, was commissioned to create this environment, using cultural parameters adapted to the spirit of the times. The result is a restaurant that not only offers a culinary experience, but also a visual one that transports diners to the mysterious and fascinating Japanese culture.
One of the elements of the project is the Kriskadecor room divider, which adorns one of the restaurant’s areas. Measuring 8 x 3.50 meters, the installation features a high-definition reproduction of a rice field, a visual detail that captures the essence of Japanese tradition and brings a unique depth to the environment. The image, rich in textures and nuances, not only fulfills a decorative function, but also serves to subtly divide the space, separating the service doors from the tables.

The room divider that connects tradition and modernity
This Kriskadecor solution creates a naturally flowing corridor between the work area and the dining room, allowing the space to remain functional, but without losing elegance and serenity. The image of the rice field, with its soft green and golden tones, connects the restaurant’s interior with nature, evoking serenity and offering diners a visual and sensory experience that immerses them in Japanese culture. The effect of the image not only adds an immersive atmosphere, but also helps to improve circulation within the restaurant, while dividing the space in a fluid and organic way, creating a harmonious transition between the different areas.
The Kriskadecor chain, being so light and flexible, allows this installation not only to become a visual focal point, but also to be functional, fulfilling its role of separating spaces without blocking natural light or interrupting air circulation. In addition, its fluid and organic design reinforces the overall concept of the restaurant, where Japanese tradition merges with modernity, creating a unique atmosphere that invites visitors to enjoy an immersive and sophisticated dining experience.
