The Montblanc - Móra la Nova crossing, a solidarity project that began in 2020 because of the pandemic, will be held again on 19 February. The initiative, led by ultra-trail runner Joan Roig Palau, aims to raise funds for the AFANOC Association for Children with Cancer.
This is the second time that Kriskadecor has collaborated with the crossing which, on this occasion, will have a route of 100 km and 3700 metres of positive difference in altitude. Participants will leave Montblanc in the direction of Prades, and will pass through Albarca, La Morera del Montsant, Cabacés, La Figuera, El Molar, Garcia and Móra d'Ebre.
You can make your contribution through Mi Granito de Arena.
About AFANOC's work
AFANOC works and helps children with cancer and their families. They are in hospitals, carry out activities, support families on a social and psychological level and accommodate them in “La Casa dels Xuklis” during periods of treatment at the Vall d'Hebron University Hospital.
In its ten years of life, the association has welcomed more than 2000 families displaced to Barcelona.
