Aldgate Tower

Aldgate Tower is a London coworking building with such illustrious tenants as Uber, Aecom and WeWork. Among the briefs the designers received, two stood out: to create a vibrant and inviting space for both tenants and visitors, and to strengthen the building’s identity with a unique central element presiding over the lobby and breakout area.

With that goal in mind, the Basha-Franklin office chose to include a Kriskadecor ceiling solution composed of 3 cylinders of variable height with color gradient. Together with the rest of the materials in earthy colors and natural light, they make the first floor a hospitable, welcoming, inclusive and multifaceted place.

Thanks to the lightness of Kriskadecor’s aluminum links, these structures are suspended in the air, reducing the distance between the ceiling and the floor, signaling an alternative workspace and providing a touch of color and liveliness that will delight the building’s users.
