Kriskadecor project with a chandelier that recreates a cashmere universe.
Allude’s flagship store in Kitzbühel, Austria, is a 130-square-meter space designed by interior designer Regina Dahmen-Ingenhoven. This warm and welcoming space has been conceived as a cashmere universe, where every detail has been carefully selected to create an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. Among the elements that stand out in the design are the Kriskadecor links, which add a touch of sophistication and modernity to this exclusive space.
The centerpiece of the design is a ceiling solution that combines bands of metal chains of different lengths. More than 1,600 meters of chains, of varying heights, have been attached around five concentric ellipses, creating a fluid, enveloping form that dominates the space. The links, in shiny and satin silver, provide a fascinating visual texture that reflects the light dynamically, transforming the environment and creating a play of shadows and reflections.
The fastening system used for the chains provides a sense of balanced movement around the oval structure, giving the space a fluidity that invites contemplation. In addition, the installation includes mirrored elements, which amplify the luminosity of the space and reinforce the elegant and contemporary atmosphere of the design. This fusion of materials and shapes not only redefines the ceiling of the store, but also creates an enveloping ambiance that highlights the essence of Allude, a unique space where luxury and functionality meet harmoniously.
