Kriskadecor project inspired by the random code of the movie Matrix
At the Red Salt Chophouse & Sushi restaurant, located in the Green Gate Shopping Center in Richmond, Virginia, interior designer Patricia Holley has managed to uniquely fuse modern style with touches of visual nostalgia, as in the case of the room divider inspired by the random code from the famous movie Matrix.
This modern American steakhouse, which combines the sophistication of an elegant sushi bar with an industrial aesthetic, stands out for its use of Kriskadecor’s metal mesh, which divides the restaurant into two spaces without losing its fluidity. The anodized aluminum chains make the most of natural light, creating a diaphanous and open atmosphere, where the space is perceived as spacious and free, without the traditional barriers of walls that often limit vision and circulation.
A solution that integrates aesthetics and functionality
The transparency and lightness of the Kriskadecor chains not only fulfill a dividing function, but also allow light to flow naturally, maintaining the visual amplitude of the restaurant. This design not only defines the space, but also gives it a touch of modernity and elegance, inviting diners to enjoy a contemporary environment, but without losing the feeling of being connected to the surrounding environment.
