How and what personal data do we collect?

1. When you subscribe to our Newsletter: when you sign up for this service, we collect your e-mail address.
2. When registering to download corporate material: When you use this service, we collect your e-mail address and password. The password protects your user account, so we recommend that you use a strong, unique password, limit access to your computer and browser, and log off after you have used it.
3. When you fill out the contact form: when you use this service, we collect name, e-mail and country (mandatory data). We also collect type of employment, phone, company and address, city, zip code and district/province.
4. From third parties: we receive personal data about you and your activity that we will only use when you have given your consent for data sharing to take place.

What do we use your personal data for?

All data you provide us through registration and / or subscription to the newsletters of the domain, will be incorporated into a database owned by Kriskadecor, to manage requests or orders and to send you information about products and services marketed by Kriskadecor, as well as for sending invitations to industry events.

• Send a written communication to Kriskadecor (ref RGPD), Ctra. Rojals, 4, 43400 Montblanc (Spain), enclosing a photocopy of your ID.
• Send an email to info@kriskadecor.com with the subject RGPD and indicating in the message your full name and customer number (if applicable) along with the phrase(s) I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE ADVERTISING FROM Kriskadecor AND/OR I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE ADVERTISING FROM OTHER COMPANIES.
• We also inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with current regulations.
