Familiarize yourself with the chain links
Our aluminum chain links are much more than just a material; they are the heart of every project. We have two sizes to suit different needs and applications, influencing the final appearance of your project.
In terms of color, two exclusive finishes are available: anodized, with 26 colors in brilliant and satin finishes, and Luxe Color Edition, which allows the chains to be customized with any reference from the RAL or Pantone charts.
What information do we need?
To start working together on your project, we need some key details that will allow us to understand your vision and offer you the best possible solution. Here is the information we need to start the process efficiently and effectively:
- The name you have assigned to the project as a reference.
- Project description and/or images, 2D plans, 3D files, sketches or examples that illustrate your vision and desired style.
- Type of application: space divider, wallcovering, ceiling feature, etc.
- Height and width of the application.
- The specific type of chain link you prefer to use.
- Colors and finishes for aluminum chains.
- Mounting option you plan to use to install the chains. Also specify whether you prefer it anodized or powder-coated.
- The deadline for the completion and delivery of the project.
Technical office and creative support
Once we have all the details, the technical office will get to work to ensure that every aspect of the project is executed with precision. We take care of everything from structural assessment and costing to the creation of assembly drawings. Our team is committed to each client, offering close and personalized support.
The creative support service will help you integrate our chains into your projects effectively. This includes offering you design options based on your initial concept, helping you adjust the design to reduce costs without losing the desired effect, and assisting you in the development and realization of a preliminary idea you may have.
Production time
We control the entire manufacturing process from start to finish, from the creation of the aluminum chain links to the development of the mounting options, ensuring that the end result is an exclusive application. We dedicate the necessary time to perfect every detail, understanding that the process involves multiple stages and the collaboration of various professionals.
What you should know
- We do not work with stock; everything is custom made for your project.
- Production time varies according to the complexity and size of the project.
- Custom-designed curtains require more production time compared to plain or monochromatic options. In addition, the use of the Luxe Color Edition finish also influences lead times due to the additional treatment the strings receive.
- We do not paint or stamp. We reproduce text, images, gradients and patterns by transforming each pixel into a chain link. Behind this process, there is meticulous retouching work to adapt the slender shape of the link to the squarer proportion of the pixel.
- After fabrication, our technicians check every detail to ensure that the project meets our quality standards.
Shipping and installation
We ship the chains already mounted on the rails, arranged in sections and ready to install. All you need to do is follow the included assembly instructions, which detail how to install each curtain section in the correct order. To make the process easier, we carefully label the chains and profiles. You will only need to remove them once you have completed the assembly.
The tools required for installation are also specified in the manual, and you do not need to be an expert to carry out the installation. However, please note that ceiling and wall screws or other fasteners are not supplied. You will need to choose the ones that best suit the structure of your project.
